5- Acknowledge reading & understanding the
waiver form (parent’s initials)
6- Please Review your order – register any
additional players at this time, otherwise check out.
7- Confirm billing/shipping information (please
note: nothing is shipped to the participants)
8- Cart summary: you will see a $3 service fee
included in your final total.

Purchase confirmation of registration –
print a copy for your records.

Coaches Needed!!!
Please
contact the USFTL office if you are interested in becoming a
USFTL Youth Flag Football Coach or Assistant Coach! As
a coach, your name will need to be added to the NFL Flag
website.

note: We do accept NFL team requests for
jerseys. However, they are NOT GUARANTEED
and are subject to NFL Warehouse availability. The
USFTL office reserves the right to choose an NFL team
based on current NFL Warehouse availability. Your
official NFL team name will be announced when
rosters/schedules are posted.
